webocaze.com works with the own database. An update is performed every week.
3- Price
Prices are pointed out in Canadian dollars or in euro, duty-free and shipping. Books are sold respecting the dispositions of Law on the development of firms of Quebec in the field of the book. Price is payable totality and the single remittance in order. All orders are payable in Canadian dollars or in euro. For any external delivery in Canada, possible expenses of customhouses or local taxes stay payable by the addressee.
4- Shipping

5- Payment

6- Delivery
You can get possession of your order directly from The Occases du Web or else, we will deliver at your choice. The delivery time includes the preparation of the package more the time of transportation.
The mean delay is from 3 to 4 business days for Canada and the United States, 2 weeks for other countries. This delay does not constitute a deadline and a webocaze.com will not be able to see its responsibility hired in case of delay of delivery.
7- Return of the goods
If it happened that an article is faulty or not correspondent, Les Occases du Web promises to exchange it to you or to reimburse it, in condition that it is turned to us in its packing of origin in 10 days according to the reception of the package in:

Shipping back will then be also completely reimbursed to you and exchange will be made on receiving of your package. In case of refund, we guarantee that it is performed in your count within 24 - 48 hours according to the date of reception of the turned package. No dispatch will be accepted against refund there, whatever the reason.
The returned goods for quite other reason that a defectiveness (postal services) must make the object of a request of permission back. Requests must be addressed to commande@webocaze.com. The article must have gone back in 10 days according to the reception of your package (to the original packaging) to address above. Shipping back stay then in your load.
